Our vegetarian Preservation Season menu brings together seven indulgent courses, from celeriac & truffle canapés to a carrot velouté amuse-bouche, sourdough with whipped herb butter, and a vibrant beetroot starter. The main event is a Tunworth & potato Wellington with rich mushroom jus and truffle. Finish with chocolate fondant, macarons and paired wines throughout – a truly celebratory vegetarian feast.
